TwoNics.Co ("TwoNics", "we", "us") provides mobile event bartending in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it.
We are a small Canadian service business. We handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law for commercial activity, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where it applies, and with Ontario expectations for fair, limited use of customer information.

What we collect
We typically collect information you choose to give us when you:
- request a quote or book an event (for example name, email, phone, event date, venue or neighbourhood, guest count, event type, and notes you include);
- email, text, call, or message us on Instagram;
- reply to quotes, shopping lists, or booking details.
Depending on how you contact us, that can include:
- contact details (name, email, phone);
- event details needed to quote and staff your night;
- messages and attachments you send us;
- payment or deposit references if you pay us directly (for example e-transfer).
Automatically collected technical data
When you visit twonicsco.ca, our website platform (Lovable) may collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device or browser type, and referral source. We do not use Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel, or other third-party marketing trackers on the site. If that changes, we will update this policy.
We do not ask for health information, government ID, or payment card numbers through the website form itself, unless a future payment tool requires that and you choose to use it.
Why we collect it
We use personal information to:
- respond to quote requests and plan your event;
- prepare menus, shopping lists, and timing;
- confirm deposits and booking details;
- communicate about the event and follow up if needed;
- improve our website and understand which pages are useful;
- meet basic bookkeeping and legal record needs.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only when needed to run the business, for example:
- Service providers that host our site, email, or forms (for example our website platform and email provider);
- Payment processors, if you pay through a third-party tool;
- Professional advisors (for example an accountant or insurer) when required for a specific matter;
- Authorities, if the law requires disclosure.
Anyone who works an event with us is expected to keep client details confidential and use them only for that booking.
If a venue or planner asks us for contact details to coordinate setup, we share only what is needed for that night, and only with your knowledge when practical.
Cookies and analytics
Our site may use cookies or similar technologies that help the site function and that measure visits through Lovable platform analytics. We do not run separate advertising pixels today.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. We do not use a separate cookie banner today; if we add advertising pixels later, we will update this policy and, where required, our cookie notice.
How long we keep information
We keep quote and booking records only as long as needed for the booking, follow-up, bookkeeping, and any legal retention needs. Quote leads we do not book are usually deleted or archived within 24 months. Booked event records are usually kept up to 7 years for accounting, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a small business (access-limited inboxes, reputable hosting, and careful handling of event details). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email or social media.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. Contact twonics.co@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to verify it is you before responding. We will respond within a reasonable time.
You may also withdraw consent for optional uses (for example marketing emails), subject to legal or contractual limits and information we still need to finish a booked event.
Children
Our services are for adult hosts booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to Instagram or other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before sharing information there.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you should review the new version.
